I welcome all critical feedback. Can relicense if you're interested, just ask.

It was drone day on Saturday. My idea this year was to utilize Analog Rytm as the only audio source. That's what I did, multitracked it with Overbridge. The drone sound in the first part is from the HH LAB. The drones in the second part are SY DUAL VCOs. And some distorted toms sprinkled around for variety.

50 BPM 4/4, C-minor. For this year every cover art is a photo I took. Composed, recorded, and produced in Vancouver BC.

Finally uploaded!!!

Great textures. I like the "wave, beaches" sounds on the second part of the track.

Pulling strong this year, congrats! It is interesting to listen to something different than usual from you.

I didn't know about drone day! that would have been a perfect excuse to use my new torso s4 toy.

this feels like an alternative Dune soundtrack piece to me. the first half of the track is day time and second half night time. I love the little percussive elements coming in and out btw. with only the break in the middle, there's a nice breathe in / breathe out flow to the entire track that is very meditative. nice

I love the evolving drones. I do miss low end a bit in both parts tbh. Feels like I'm a douche who's nitpicking, but I would love to hear some more low frequencies. Maybe rumble? Sine sub? Eq? Separate 100% reverb track that's low passed?

Anyway, really good drones! heart

Enjoying this one - a drone, but with enough motion to hold interest.
